Entering Izmade means stepping into a workshop where every project leaves a trace. Samples, prototypes, and materials tell the story of a process that does not end with the finished object, but continues to fuel future ideas and craftsmanship.

This is where Izmade’s identity takes shape. Designers, artisans, and technicians work side by side, sharing skills, tools, and experiences. Today, the workshop is led by Luca Pascarella and Paolo Martino, together with Tommaso in design, Paola in production coordination, Diego, Efosa, and Jerry in workshop manufacturing, and Sabrina in administration.

More than just a collection of professionals, Izmade is a team built over time. Every project comes from the contribution of different people, united by the same curiosity toward materials and the drive to find solutions where others often see only a limit. For Izmade, every project follows a different path.

Many of the requests that arrive at the workshop stem from needs that cannot be met by existing products. This is why custom-made work is part of their way of operating: every solution takes shape through a continuous dialogue between design, materials, and artisan manufacturing.

Alongside wood and iron, the workshop carries out constant experimentation with materials. This path led to Plastiz, obtained from the recovery of post-consumer plastic and transformed into surfaces for interior design. Each panel retains its own colors, inclusions, and textures, making it unique and unrepeatable.
