Chevron Cushion

This cushion is a compact, tactile extension of the Trame Incrociate series. On a cream base, the upper section is marked by repeating black chevrons built from raised knots and tightly packed weft, while the lower band shifts into a dense, bobbled texture that invites touch. The result is a small, architectural surface that works both as comfort and as a textile object.

Woven entirely by hand on a loom using Sardinian wool, the cover carries the same material honesty and pastoral provenance as the larger rugs and wall pieces. Subtle irregularities in knot height, spacing and edge are intentional: they preserve the traces of manual work and the time invested in each piece.

Designed for sofas, armchairs or beds that welcome depth and dimension rather than flat prints, the cushion works well alone or mixed with other Trame Incrociate textiles. Its neutral palette in cream and black makes it easy to place in both minimal and more layered interiors.

• For any stains, use Marseille soap.
